PA FBI Clearance - Only valid for one year from date of issue. Additionally - Anyone fingerprinted on or after December 1, 2008, must now type their Cogent Registration Number into the text field located in the Additional Questions Section. See FAQ section of website for more information.

All documents MUST be accompanied by a coversheet that includes your name and social security number. See Document and Mailing Instructions. Failure to include this in your packet will result in your documents not being processed.
