Transcript Guidelines

To ensure that the documents attached to your application are the best quality possible, we advise all applicants to print and read the guidelines below.

  1. When possible, send original transcripts. An original transcript is one which has not been copied.
  2. If you must send a copy, it must be a first-generation copy (i.e. a copy made of an original).
  3. Do not send transcripts inside sealed envelopes. Remove transcripts from envelopes before sending them.
  4. Transcripts must either have your Social Security Number as an identifier or must be accompanied by a cover sheet that lists your name and Social Security Number. If you do not send a cover sheet, your transcripts will not be added to your application.
  5. Do not send Grade Reports, Audit Sheets, or Check Sheets. These documents will not be attached to your credentials file.
  6. Do not send transcripts that have been altered in any way (e.g. crossing information out, adding information, shrinking text or document size, etc).
  7. Maximum size for each transcript is six pages in length.

NOTE: Students completing educational studies should mail their most recent transcript to be scanned as a placeholder until they receive their final transcript.
